Firstly the following Poems are copyrighted and permission is needed to copy any of them.
There has been only one lady in my life who has inspired me to write Poetry. There have been some wonderful ladies and there still are but I guess this Lovely Lady does things to me that no other has.
I have removed her name to help avoid any embarrasment which these might cause her.
The first one I wrote in 1981, the rest I wrote in 2010.
Unfortunately the relationship did not work out and the Poems dried up when the relationship did..........................

Oh K---- how I miss you
My childhood sweetheart
From so long ago
Whom I never kissed but still had in my heart
Oh K---- why couldnt it be
Why couldnt we see
You knew and so did I
We were meant for each other
We needed each other in our lives
Why couldnt they have turned out
How we wanted them to be
Why couldnt fate be
Kind to you and me
I know if we were to meet again
That would be it
But having a ring on your finger
That was not mine
Sure hurts a bit
Why do I think of you so much
After all these years
Why do I get tears in my eyes
When I think of what could have been
And what is
Why do I want to cry
Oh God why

I wipe away a tear
Cos I know it will never be

It was fate that we did
Those fifteen or so years ago
And I feel the same now
As I did then

Sept 81
He was engaged in one of his favorite pastimes, awaking early from his slumbers he loved lying next to his love watching her as she slept and gently awakened from her peace.
But, this morning was special. It was full moon and he had awoken to see her enshrouded by a moonbeam. Her naked body glistened in its luminous shroud, shimmering in its starry glow.
Her breasts, gently rising and falling in rhythm with her heart, looked so beautiful and he was having a hard time controlling the overwhelming love he had for her.
He lay there for a time, visually examining her beautiful face. A part of her that he had never really become used to. Her beauty blew him away, and this morning, lying in the shining of the moonbeam, she looked even more beautiful than ever, as her glow and the moonbeams danced together.
He could take no more and, not wanting to awaken her, bent over to gently kiss her brow.
But, before he reached her she raised her lips to greet his..........................................................

Waves
My love for you comes in waves crashing against my shore
Their almost overwhelming power feel like I am drowning cannot breathe
Then gently receding they leave me high and dry
And I think I will survive
But then back they come bringing me to my knees
Then I send out a message, oh guys help me please
Give me the strength to survive this power
Give me the strength every second of every hour
Let loves tide wash over me every day in every way
Please NEVER EVER take it away
Teach me to swim and ride these waves of loves moistened lips
I just want to survive and enjoy the trip

I wake up in the morning my arms open wide
Once again dreaming of the girl by my side
She shines a beauty from way beyond
The magic she shares as if from a wand
A beauty so rare a depth she cannot see
Its left to the lucky you and me
Feelings she has awakened lying dormant so long
I think I now understand the words of the song

Now after all the years together I still feel the same

Gypsey girl you are so sweet
All in black you make me sigh
You connect with special friends on high
They give you answers to questions asked
To help others on their quest thats your task
To give of your knowledge and your special time
To help ease a troubled mind

The Seed
I love you K---- P---- this I am sure you know
The seed you planted in me years ago
Even though unattended started to grow
I left it tried to forget it but it refused to know
And with a mind of its own and so free
Refused to break the connection between you and me
Lying in the recesses of my heart and mind
Put down roots of its own kind
A spiritual flavor to be sure
Little did I know there was no cure
I had almost forgotten almost lost hope
But life said to me where there is a feeling there remains hope
Now all these years hands joined in time
Little did I know you were still waiting inside
That seed you planted refusing to die
An angel was waiting to give us a chance
To manifest an opportunity to once again live lifes dance

Thinking
I was thinking the other day about where we stay
I was thinking last night oh how far away
But then realised that you are right next to me
You are in my heart how close can you be
You are far in distance but only a thought away
Then when I miss you and need your touch
I reach out and caress a photo in my hands hot clutch
I relive every moment we spent together
Which is very easy cos they are all good
No memories of conflict whatsoever
Just want them to stay like that forever and ever
So honey child sweet gypsey of time
There is no distance between us only loves ride
There is only thought and I think of you here by my side
That is where you are on my daily ride
In my heart my thoughts my mind forever
The breathe I breathe when you are far away
You can feel on your face over the miles
There is no distance on this love we have
We are as close as we want to be

The Path
The spiritual path is the way to go
Anybody who has found it will tell you so
Tis not the easiest discipline to follow
But makes life more interesting easier to understand
Makes experiences easier to understand
Whatever happens on our lifes journey
The plan is easier to see
Sometimes the visions of
What was what is and what can be
Just like branches on lifes tree
So many choices so many roads
But spirituality is the one that is so free
Leaves life choices up to you and me
Nobody telling you which way to go
Nobody telling you this is so
Just guidance along the way
Just hints on how to play
Always help when things are tight
Always angels helping us on our way
Nobody telling you what to believe
Thats up to you and lifes tree
Your choices are what make your life
Your choices are what make it right
All the experiences you have in life
Are made by you and the shining light
And seeing life through open eyes
Its the only way and you realise
Hey these are the choices I made today
And this is the way it is going to stay
This is the path I have chosen through life
Nobody can tell me how to live my life
It is all there inside of me and always has been
I have always known right from wrong
I need no human to help me along
It has always been there and now I know

Dungeon
It was one o clock or was it half past three
Assigned to the dungeon oh dearie me
The love of my life had me banished
She could not sleep so I had to vanish
The phone calls she was getting
Were keeping her awake
People complaining wanting to know her game
The apologies she had to make excuses and such
It was my snoring becoming tooo much
The neighbours calling and wondering why
The house was vibrating my my my
So to the dungeon I had to go so peace could be found
My nasal gestures gone once more underground
I had been snoring you see and I did not know
How bad I was so out I had to go
There had to be peace in paradise again
Nobody was able to get any sleep due to Kevin
His nasal gestures ringing so true
Every in and out saying I Love You.
Dungeon 2
Oh to the dungeon we go
Oh to hells pit we go
Oh my life turned on end
Oh to sleep in another bed
Oh the pain of withdrawing from you
Oh the pain of my jet like noise
Like an overseas airport on a busy day
People had phoned they had to complain
About the sounds from the room at night
They had awoken in hellish fright
What is going on over there they wanted to know
Was someone swinging the cat oh no no no
They had to be informed and apologies given
It was just a visitor by the name of Kevin
His sonorous breathing had everyone mad
So get out to the dungeon you bad lad
Now everybody was happy and fast asleep
While he lay on his bed gritting his teeth
Voice
I was walking down the street the other day
Just minding my business going my way
When all of a sudden my heard was turned
Not by looks or beauty but the spoken word
I saw no face for a very long while
Because amongst all the people
You could not see her smile
The words as they were spoken so gentle and wise
Made me want to know more want to know
Who could have such a demeanor such a way
Her voice was not squeaky nor sonorous tis true
But the word she had spoken unlike me or you
The lilting tingle of the words she spoke
I needed to see her needed to know
Was her face an equal to the beautiful sound
Or was it just another face in the crowd
It took a while of searching to find
That not only her voice but her face were one kind
She was the vision of beauty
And if you saw her would agree
The most beautiful being you ever did see
It took a while 40 years or so
For me to find this amazing creature and to know
That her voice her looks and her inner glow
Were all walking hand in hand
We are so blessed at having her in our land
Now after times weaving and inner changes of kind
I have been blessed to be able to call her mine
To wake up to her look and her voice every day
Is the way I have dreamt it and want it to stay
My eyes caressed and my ears too
That was my dream and now it has all come true
To be surrounded by music and beauty 24/24
How could an old lad ask for more
To awaken every morning by her side
Thats my goal my pleasure
To be with her to share in her life and leisure
Dream
I was having a dream the other night
Looking for the love of my life
Walking down a pathway of light
I came across a most beautiful sight
Sitting on her own her angelical wings
She did not speak could only sing
I asked her "Are you the love of my life,"
"No she said tis not me look over there it might be she,"
Following the road it turned to gold
I came across an apparition too beautiful to behold
She was on a throne of silver and jewels
When she spoke it was as if all could hear her
Even the hills
I asked her "Your majesty are you the love of my life
I am looking for a girl to share my life"
She said "No its not me why not look over there"
I started once again on my lonely quest
Was I to find her you could only guess
Then I came across an angel with hair of gold
And a voice to match
And thought oh my my what an incredible catch
I asked her "Will you marry me will you be my wife"
Will you live with me and share my life"
She looked at me with soft soft eyes
Putting her wings away to one side
She said "Where have you been all of this time
Forty years is a lot of my life"
"I think we better get out of here"
Which is when I woke up lying on my side
And saw you there asleep by my side
Then I realised that what I had seen was not a dream
It was my life for real it was my reality
I was lying next to an angel tis true
The angel snuggled up against me was you.

We have been brought together to share our love
We are being watched by loved ones up above
Walking so closely with us sharing our path

24 Hours
Woke up this morning and decided to see
What kind of day this was going to be
Did my thing and gave loving to my friends on four legs
Said hello to the sun and goodnight to the moon
He had kept me company all night in my room
Then I went on my merry way
Knowing that today was a special day
Passed an old man on the road
Stopped gave him a lift and took him home
I could tell by the look on his face
He was a special angel in our human race
Went to town on my sedentary way
Gave alms to a beggar whose eyes spoke
And said his thanks
Then I smiled and gave compassion and condolences
To a sad soul I met on my way
But it was now time for business
And paid what accounts I could
For necessities I needed I pay what I should
I returned to my domain where I was needed to assist
In getting things running smoothly then took a short rest
Had an emergency repair to do on a failing old heart
Now at least in the morning it is going to start
Once more the road called
But first gave thanks for everything that came my way
When help was needed to feed the flock
I did what I could but had to stand back
Could only do what was my lot
Then I had to drive past an old suffering soul
I could tell he was not long for this place
So covered him with love and light
Sent feelings of warmth to him from my loving soul
I knew there was no more I could do no more was needed
Cos that old man had had a good life
Had done a lot of seeding
When I arrived home it was time to take stock
I looked back on my day and realised with a shock
That getting up at 3am to do my thing
And once again returning to a home of love
After all that had come my way
And all I had achieved during the day
It was already 3am again
Time to go to bed to get up and start once more

Your Eyes
We were chatting together the other day
I was missing you terribly in every way
All of a sudden I was standing in front of you
Oh so lucky I was in front of the queue
We looked at each other and to my surprise
You looked at me and said
"Where have you been all of my life.'
I looked into your eyes a deep blue green
And what you will never guess did I see
I saw a tiny little man who was my image
Looking back and he was smiling at me
I could tell he was as happy as a man could ever be
Here was a prince who once was a frog you see
It took the kiss of a beautiful princess
Who took his lips in a gentle caress
Now that frog is a happy happy man
He has found his queen such a lucky lucky man
